Andrew Taylor is one of the best known experts in residential investment, having presented and presided at keynote events for MIPIM, RESI and RICS, as well as being featured in print and on radio and television, domestically and internationally.

Andrew has spent the last decade plus exclusively working on residential investment, most recently developing Libo.London into the go to source for local authorities requiring social housing. Prior to that at Bricklane he wrote, automated and executed the national investment strategy for the first on-line property ISA specialising in residential.

​

Before that he was with Internos Fund Management as Head of Residential Investment, prior to which he spent over 3 years with Mill Group heading up both the Origination & Investor Relations functions, establishing both organisations as a credible source and “owner of the residential investment debating space”.

​

He established the Annual Residential Investment Survey, which over 5 years has provided a unique insight into residential investment in the UK and Europe from over 100 different organisations, making it the largest of its type in existence.

​

Prior to this Andrew held senior positions across the property industry, including European & Global Strategic Advisor to the Urban Land Institute, Executive Board Director at Colliers CRE plc, and Divisional Director at Experian.

Andrew is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Music and resides in London and the Solent.
