  2. When offer is accepted then property is submitted on pre-agreed forms electronically for internal appraisal.

  3. If accepted, independent external survey commissioned on fixed cost basis, and report turned round in agreed time-frame.

  4. External Survey, together with Libo.London appraisal form and internal comments then forwarded for final approval from local authority.

  5. If accepted, vendor, agent and externally appointed conveyancers take on legal due diligence, with regular reporting back to council, and Libo.London who update agents or vendors.
